The Penelope Beret is a button beret in a straw with rich silk poppies that are hand-painted in-house.  The sleek beret-shaped base sits down over the right eye.  This style is one size fits all and is secured to the head with a shaped base, elastic and comb.

This piece is part of the Manchester Spring Collection design for a Raceday but is perfect for many occasions.
